MKAYZ is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nFADP).
Data collected via the form
When submitting a campaign request, MKAYZ collects the following information:
- Company name
- Contact email address and reply email address
- Service or offer to promote
- Desired geographic zone and campaign language
- Additional information freely provided in the form
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified third-party provider. MKAYZ does not store credit card data. Data transmitted to Stripe is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
Purpose of processing
The data collected is used to:
- Process and manage your campaign request
- Prepare and launch the B2B mailing campaign
- Manage the client relationship and invoicing
- Respond to your contact requests
B2B prospection data
MKAYZ maintains a database of Swiss companies used for prospection campaigns. This database is built from publicly available information (commercial registers, professional websites). Requests to be removed from this database can be sent to info@mkayz.org.
Data retention
Client data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations (invoicing, disputes). Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the FADP, you have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: request erasure of your data
- Objection: object to certain processing activities

Security
Communications between your browser and the MKAYZ website are encrypted via HTTPS. Form data is transmitted securely.
