Subscription

MKAYZ provides a monthly service to prepare and send B2B email campaigns according to the chosen plan.

• The subscription is monthly.
• Cancellation is possible at any time.
• The already paid period is not refunded unless specifically agreed.
• MKAYZ provides the sending service according to the chosen plan.
• Commercial results are not promised.
• Replies are handled by the client.
• Start is within 24h after approval of the text.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made via the Stripe portal or by email to info@mkayz.org. It takes effect at the end of the already paid period. No partial refund is granted except in exceptional circumstances.

Liability

MKAYZ undertakes to provide the campaign preparation and sending service according to the chosen plan. MKAYZ cannot be held responsible for the commercial results obtained by the client, nor for responses or lack of responses from contacted prospects.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Switzerland.
